Rosacea is a term used to indicate the problem of pronounced redness of the skin of the face. These are literally attacks of redness, often accompanied by phenomena such as enlarged capillaries on the face, small rash on the face and purulent nodules. Blush appears in the form of a seal on the cheeks, forehead, nose and chin, and in very rare cases, it appears on other parts of the skin. Some researches suggests that rosacea is a chronic inflammation of the sebaceous glands and therefore requires a serious approach to the treatment and healing. Rosacea is a health issue but the biggest obstacles are in the aesthetic sense. Many people have never even heard of this disease and find their rosy cheeks simply a consequence of aging. If not treated adequately, on time, capillaries on the face will remain permanently extended. It is a general belief that the symptoms of rosacea mainly occur due to climate as well as hereditary factors, however, it is affected also by living habits.
Rosacea on face is the most present in light-skinned people as well as in people who suffer from migraines. It is present in both sexes equally, although in women in menopause occurs more frequently. Statistics have shown that the disease rosacea is often accompanied by constipation (imprisonment), reduced secretion of gastric acid and liver damage. Most people with this disease are over 40 years old, however, it also occurs to younger persons. Accept alcohol, the most common trigger for redness on the face are chocolate, strong tea, coffee and hot food... Many studies have correlated the stress and rosacea. Specifically, since the defense mechanisms of our organism can't function effectively when comes to stress, it opens the door to various infections, including rosacea. On the other hand, it was found that addition of vitamins and minerals to diet has no significant effect on this condition. The effect of zinc was studied for a long time, but the results of the study did not confirm the positive effect, and use of these supplements is not recommended.
Pay attention to your habits and when we say that we mean to moderate consumption of alcohol! You must not use or consume resources for care and cleaning the skin with alcohol, and also you have to avoid exposure to the sun and sudden temperature changes.
Unwanted blush will be easier to get rid of if you incorporate into your diet blue fish, fresh seasonal salads and definitely fresh cucumber that soothes redness. Whole grains, green leafy vegetables, eggs, due to vitamin E and lecithin, nuts and beans i.e. legumes which include soy will also be of great help.
